Of course nail biting is considered as bad habit especially in gathering. People get irritated by such people and the biters embarrass as well. But, the good news is that nail biting is healthy. The anti bodies fights against the germs entering due to nail biting and hence the body become more resistible to germs. This immune boosting method was not considered before.
